Change Post Title Color Twenty-Twleve

  I am trying to change the Post Title color, but ti doesn’t seem to be working. I am using a child theme off twenty-twelve. Here is wha I have in there right now.

  }
  
  .entry-title, .entry-title a {
   color: #652d79
   font-family: Verdana;
   text-transform: uppercase;
   text-shadow: 1px 1px #000000;
  
  }

  Everything seems to work but the color. I want it to be the purple in the hexcode I put up there. Can anyone help me out?

  Hi @danielledelisle, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours using Twenty Twelve, I would suggest asking in the dedicated Twenty Twelve theme support forum at WordPress.org.

  I did take a quick look at your site and in the original CSS, it is using a slightly more specific CSS selector. Use these and it should change for you.
