Change Primary Domain

    I am not seeing the option to change my custom domain to primary.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

    I see that your domain is set as primary, but it has a custom IP address that’s pointing the domain away from WordPress.com.

    To point the domain to WordPress.com IPs, you’ll want to remove the A record. Please click here and click the three dots next to the two A records, and click Delete. Once they are deleted, we’ll add the WordPress.com IPs automatically. See this screenshot:

    We can remove them for you if you’d like us to. Once they have been removed, within a few hours, the domain will start loading your WordPress.com site.
