Change primary email

  Hi, i was creating an account and i did it successfully. However, i have committed a mistake in the email i have entered in. I have entered @gmail.com whereas, it should be @ymail.com. I have changed my email using the settings area but when I checked the site for further information, it says that primary address that I have entered while creating an account is still active, will still be able to receive notifications and access. I do not want stangers to start operating my site. Can you please help me on changing the primary email permanently so that I do not have to permenanetly delete this account. Thank you for your response.

  This thread is tagged for staff support. They need the actual email addresses to be posted here so they can help you. Type them here please and know that the software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them.

  Hi there,

  I just went through your account and the gmail.com account has been retired from our system. It can no longer be used to log in to your account (I tested that it cannot currently be used to log in to any account at all).

  You should be good to go!
