Change primary site.
-
This was a test domain that I set everything up with (including Jetpack) and then once I was ready to launch my store, I changed it over to a custom domain.
Unfortunately now, when I click on ‘View all Stats’ on the Jetpack dashboard widget, I get taken to a blank screen with an error message that says: ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’.
I can’t seem to find a way to change my primary site to my actual domain. The domain it is linked to, no longer exists.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.
Jetpack uses your unique URL when it’s first connected and uses that URL for its connection for stats, etc.
Changing that URL without first disconnecting Jetpack, then reconnecting after the change, you’ll see problems with that connection. You would need to disconnect and reconnect Jetpack to your WordPress.com account to fix this.
If you still have trouble, please reach out to Jetpack Support for help.
I hope that helps!
