How many username accounts do you have? If the site is registered under another username account logout, clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and log in as Admin under the username account that registered the site. You can make that change on this page https://wordpress.com/me/account
There are three questions you need to answer yourself:
1. What is the exact URL of the wordpress.COM hosted site in question?
2. Exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered it?
3. Exactly which email address was used when wordpress.COM username account was registered.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username account, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf the log-in information is lost visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

Hi timethief,
Thanks so much for your suggestions. I clicked on one of the links and somehow landed in the area so that I could change my title, user name, etc.
Now if I can figure out how to create a nice design to post my photography.
Thanks again,
Melissa
