Change "Primary Site Name" but not its address

  I want to change the title/”Primary Site Name” from “Jim Hamerly Interim Dean Blog” to “Jim Hamerly Dean Blog”, dropping the word “Interim”, but I want to maintain the blog address [http://jhamerly.wordpress.com/]. How can I achieve that?
