  I want to renew my domain, but no longer wish to pay to have it privately listed. How can I remove this product before paying for the renewal?

  No problem at all. I’ve removed the private registration from your account. You can renew your domain now, without incurring that extra cost:

  Thank you. When I visit “My Upgrades” I now see $18 as the renewal cost. But when I click “renew,” the private registration is still on the account for a total price of $26.

  That is strange. Can you clear your browser’s cache and try once more?
