  I’ve just committed a mistake to change my url from andersonayres to andersonayres0 and I am not being able to reverse it!
  Please, I really need a help from support to fix this mistake :(

  when you changed your username, you were informed there would be no way back and you even had to agree – “You will not be able to change your username back to the original username.”

  Hi! From what I’ve seen, WordPress.com treats the username as a permanent identifier, and when you change it, you must confirm that you won’t be able to switch back to the old one. That matches the notice you saw when you made the change, and it’s why the old username is no longer available.

  If you want to adjust how your name appears publicly (e.g., on posts or forum comments) without relying on the username, you can update your public display name in your profile settings. That doesn’t change the actual username but changes how your name appears around the site.
