Change 'Published' to 'Posted'

    Two questions: 1) Is it possible to change the default ‘Published’ to ‘posted’ (I am an unpublished author and this is confusing readers/agents.) 2) I use Toujourns Theme but I want to select the first three blogs that are displayed. I want my most recent to begin at the fourth blog. Possible?
