  How can I change a purple collor of Social Menu in Karuna theme?

  I see 2 places where there is a purple bar, but no social icons.

  If it is the top bar then you change that like this

  .top-bar {
      background-color: yellow;
  }

  If it is the bottom one then use this

  .footer-widgets, .footer-widgets-wrapper {
      background-color: blue;
  }

  If you want to both then use this

  .top-bar, .footer-widgets, .footer-widgets-wrapper {
      background-color: blue;
  }

  Open WordPress.com Customizer https://wordpress.com/customize and click on Colors & Backgrounds on the left. Click on Palettes and choose from the 6 shown below.

  You can pick the color for the top-most bar only using the 6 palette options. I don’t see an option to manually choose colors for that bar.

  And, yes, dtlevin’s suggestions should help too. You can add custom CSS only if you are on the WordPress.com Premium plan or WordPress.com Business plan.

  Se eu pagar pelo plano pessoal, eu poderei alterar a barra top collor? Ou eu preciso pagar o plano premium para fazer isso?

  You will need to purchase either the Premium or Business plan to be able to do advanced custom designs aka Custom CSS.
