Change “read more” (for articles) in my blog

Hello,
I’m currently developing a website with a magazine-like format, in Italian, utilizing the “ColorMag” template. On my site, following the article summaries, there’s a “read more” link which I’d like to modify to “Leggi di più” to better suit the Italian language. My website can be found at https://siamosardegna.it/. Would anyone be able to assist me with this change?

I’ve checked it, and the site siamosardegna.it is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.
