Change "read more" tag – Problem

  Hello everyone,

  I’ve got a problem with this WordPress-Design:
  https://de.wordpress.org/themes/guardian/

  At the Footer-are of the blog, you can see the “read more” tag which I want to change to the german version “weiterlesen”.

  Until now I changed already the “read more” to “weiterlesen” in all of the .php-files you can edit in the design-editor of wordpress in the Backend, but nothing happenend, I’ve got still the same problem – the “read more” stays…

  Does anyone has a solution for my problem with the read more in guardian Design?
