Change server

    I need to change server to wordpress as i am hosting in somewhere else. it is too slow. I am not sure which package to choose as there are 2 quite similar. Can anyone pls direct me to the customer support?

    I need to change server to yours. I am hosting in somewhere else. It is too slow. I am not sure which package to choose. Refer to the URL that i share, pls kindly advise whether shall i take the business package or the commerce package? Do you have the speed limitation? For the migration, do we need to do it by our own. We are not the developer, we are the end user.

    It looks like johnsonfitness.com.my is hosted with mschosting.com, and is using the Elementor theme and page builder.

    By the looks of it, the business plan should be more than sufficient to run the site, and this plan allows for the installation of third party themes and plugins.

    Do you have the speed limitation?

    In terms of speed, we don’t have any limitations or anything that would hinder that. We actually run an optimised version of WordPress. Out of curiosity, where have you experienced slowness with the site?

    For the migration, do we need to do it by our own. We are not the developer, we are the end user.

    The migration can be done using this plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ – it’s completely automated and there’s no developer experience required. :)

    Once migrated, the domain can be connected to WordPress.com as per these instructions here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

    Do you mean you’d like to purchase Personal or Premium for now and upgrade to Business later? If yes, you’ll only pay the difference to upgrade to a higher plan based on the remaining validity in your current plan.
