  That domain belongs to the WordPress.com username, cookiejarlife17. Please log in as that username, and you will be able to update the name servers as explained here:

  Name servers are controlled by the domain provider/registrar, not the hosting provider, and in this case the registrar is us. You can find out who the registrar of a domain is by doing a Whois lookup.
