Change Setting from Subscribers Only

Somewhere in WordPress is a choice about “Subscribers Only” that I clicked by mistake but now I can’t find it. Post is set to PUBLIC but won’t let anyone not subscribed in.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As I thought, the answer was simple so to save whoever is reading this hours of wasted time, the solution was to republish the post. When doing so, you are asked if the post goes to everyone or all subscribers. Do not click all subscribers because then it ONLY goes to subscribers.
