  I wish to change a WordPress Site Address and I get as far as this, see below, and do not know what this means in practical term can anyone help!!!!????

  Did you read the instructions at https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-site-address/?
  Are you sure the new wordpress.com address hasn’t been taken already?
