Change site address

I used to have 2 websites. I deleted the one and continued the other. Now I want to change the site address of my currect blog to the deleted one and it has not been taken by anyone else. How can I recover it?
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

What is the URL you’d like to use?
Deleted site names generally cannot be recovered or re-used https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/#permanently-deleting-your-site but there is a grace period during which we may be able to recover it.

https://katherination.wordpress.com had not been purged yet, so I was able to recover it.
It is not possible to change a site URL to an existing or deleted site, but you can export https://wordpress.com/support/export/ and import the contents: https://wordpress.com/support/import/#import-content-from-another-word-press-site
