Change site address

    I had 2 blogs under my current username/URL. I wanted to change my new blog to (email visible only to moderators and staff), which was my first blog’s address. I tried to do that by changing my first blog’s address and deleting ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ to a different name so that it would be available for me to request for my new blog. But now it’s saying that that address (domain?) is unavailable. So now everything is a mess, haha. Can you help me please?
