Change Site Address

    Hello,

    I previously had a website on RyderCragie.wordpress.com and that account was since deleted. Please can you un-reserve that URL so I can use it?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

    It appears the address was reserved for the other account, which was closed a long time ago. Closed accounts can only be reopened within 30 days. After that, it’s not possible to restore it. And the username can’t be reused in the future. That means the address (which matches the username of the closed account) will not be available for future use either.

    Have you considered using a custom domain for your site? You can upgrade to the WordPress.com Personal plan to use your own domain. If you upgrade to the yearly plan, the first year’s domain registration is free. The Personal plan will also remove ads from your site and give you a total of 6 GB of storage space.
