  I want to change the name of my site or delete it and create a new one.

  Hi there,

  If you are referring to your URL (in this case canoncat5.wordpress.com), you can change this URL by following the steps here:

  https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/#change-your-word-press-com-site-address

  Please note, once you change your URL, you will not be able to re-use your old one and any old links indexed with search engines will be broken.

  Alternatively, if you would simply like to keep your old blog and create a new one, you can add a new site by clicking the link in the admin’s left navigation.

  If you then chose to delete your old site, this can be done so as follows:
  https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
