Change Site Adress?

  Hi.
  I cant change my site adress, even tought i tried what that page says http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
  someone, help?

  What did you try to change it TO? What error did you encounter, and at what point in teh process?

  There is no any error. I just can’t find the place that i can change the adress from. in the support page it says that in the blog list, but i have nothing “change adress” there..
