change site domain from expired one to new one

  Domain expired, want to register site to new domain name.
  Cannot access the admin page for my site.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  My old domain was http://www.saltlangs.org.uk, it expired (due to personal issues I was unable to go online to renew in time). How can I access my website and attach a new domain name to it?

  Hi there,

  From what I can see your site was not hosted with WordPress.com but instead with an outside provider (TsoHost) so we do not have any historical data for your site and are not able to assist you directly

  

  In this case you will need to contact TsoHost directly and see if they are able to recover your site and attach a new domain to it. Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
