  Welcome to WordPress.COM!

  Please follow this official support guide to change your blog/site web address: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  NOTE: Once you change the address you cannot use the old address again. So please change it only if you are sure that you are never gonna use the address again.

  this is not working? is it because I have not paid for it… I get the below message when I try to ‘change blog address’

  Please make sure that you are the admin/owner of the blog for which you are changing the address…
