  Hi there
  We already own the domain nsro.co.za, and I would like my WordPress site to just be nsro.wordpress.com (I am very new to this and don’t want to purchase a WordPress plan just yet, so I don’t want to transfer the domain). Is that something I would be able to do?

  Hi there!

  A WordPress.com plan is needed to use a custom domain (both for transferring or connecting it). If you’re just getting started, the WordPress.com Personal plan may be a great starting point, as it will give you the ability to use your custom domain, remove ads, and have priority support.

  Once you’ve upgraded, you can follow the steps below:

  • Connect your domain
  • Set the domain as the primary address
