Change Site Owner – WordPress Shipping Billing

Nethers Web Design here. We setup a site for a client some time ago, and later deployed WooCommerce shipping for said client. That site has tied us in as the Site Owner, which we changed to the clients email; except that the WooCommerce shipping has us tied as the shop owner in WordPress.org where the WooCommerce shipping payments for postage tie back to.
The profile page has a link that says ‘Site Tools > Manage your connection’ part of which that links description says change site owner. When you click that link though, it shows us as the site owner but does not show us how to change it.
How do we transfer the site owner to the client on the wordpress.com area?

If I have to disconnect from WordPress.com what are the ramifications. What will break? We don’t really use Jetpack, aside from this portion.

We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.
You should reach out to WooCommerce support for guidance here. You can submit a new support ticket from your account page and their support team can better advise how to properly transfer everything to your client:
