Change Site Redirect Upgrade to Domain Mapping

Can I change site redirect upgrade to domain mapping at no extra cost? My site used to point at a wordpress.org site sewmakebelieve.co.uk. Now I want to move back to wordpress.com (sewmakebelieve.wordpress.com) but have sewmakebelieve.co.uk point at the .com site. Is it possible to change the upgrade I have already paid for until March 2014 to be a domain mapping service instead?

Hi there, I’d be glad to make that switch for you. I’ll just need to have the upgrade owner make the request here first. Could you please have that user log in and confirm that you’d like the domain mapped instead of redirected? Thanks!

Is this the right upgrade owner? I recently switched ownership/admin rights of sewmakebelieve.wordpress.com from this user name to ‘sewmakebelieve’.
If so, please make the change requested!
If not, I am confused!!!

Yes, that’s the right account, thanks!
I’ve removed the site redirect on sewmakebelieve.wordpress.com and instead added a domain mapping upgrade for sewmakebelieve.co.uk. I also switched the ownership of the upgrade to the user sewmakebelieve so it matches the site owner.
You can now set sewmakebelieve.co.uk as the primary domain under Store > Domains, and set the upgrade to auto-renew if you like, under Store > My Upgrades.

Sorry to come back again but my domain mapping is not working. I have changed my nameservers as instructed and the DNS check on the WordPress dashboard domain area shows it is correct but I am getting an error message when I go to sewmakebelieve.co.uk ‘bad_httpd_conf’
Do you know what this means?

Hello. I have a blog at abundanceliving.wordpress.com which, according to my WordPress settings is being redirected to abundancelivingforlife.com, but is not working. Can you check my wordpress.com settings for me. Everything in WordPress looks good from what I can see and my domain is propagated but there’s something wrong and my blog doesn’t come up on the internet.

I’m sorry…I think I was supposed to start my own thread and not use same as sewmakebelieve. Today, I posted this problem under my own thread ‘404 Error’. Sorry for the confusion and for not knowing the protocol.
