change site theme from Goran to Shoreditch

I am trying to change the theme of my site from Goran to Shoreditch. I go into themes and try to select the design it comes up with an error- “cannot activate this design contact support”
any tips on changing themes?

I see Shoreditch on that site now.
Make sure you are running an up to date browser version found at https://browsehappy.com

Hi there,
Your site logs show that it was switched to Shoreditch, and then switched back to Goran about an hour later. Can you please try activating Shoreditch again and let me know without doing anything else?
