Change site title colour

    Hi there! I’m managing a new website for a client and he specifically wants his site (using Arcane premium theme) title to be bright red. I’ve been investigating CSS coding to achieve this request but I’m not having much success at it. Would somebody be so kind as to indicate which code I should use and where to paste it?

    The hex colour code is #b40000.
