Change Site Title in My Blogs

  Hi,
  I just setup a new blog and tried to change the Site Title in the Settings section of the dashboard, however, the new blog still shows the old title in the My Blogs section of my dashboard. I would like the title to be usa20fourteen with the Tagline to read Jacob’s Blog from USA 2014, however, the site title still shows the text from the tagline. Please help me update.
