Change site title with Rockwell theme

Hello
I am a complete novice when it comes to wordpress but gradually learning the ropes! I have a logo for my site which I have the html code for however I cannot workout where to add it to enable the logo to be displayed at the top of my site. I am using Rockwell theme which comes with a fresh panel to enables various skin, colour changes etc. Here it also states logo image url, i have tried entering the url but it doesn’t display in the header. The blue question mark appears (using a mac).
Any help appreciated, ive searched the header html files but cannot find where i would insert the code.
