  This is a WordPress.com forum, the website you are using is built on open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), which is hosted elsewhere rather than WordPress.com.   If you can access access your database, normally using phpMyAdmin or a similar tool in your hosting account, you can the site url from wp_options table by changing siteurl option value.
