Change site url before launching?

    Hello,

    I previously starting creating a blog, but never published it. Now I’d like to start a site, but would like a different name. Can I change the url of my site? If so, how?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Why not just create an additional free site with the name of your choice? I have seen so many people in these forums change the name of their sites only to regret it when they can’t go back and ever use the earlier address again in the future.
