Change spacing around title on Tonal Theme with CSS

  Hi,
  Hi,

  I would like to make the spacing around the title a little smaller. I would also like to make the spacing between the gray bar below the header and the text in the post a little smaller.

  Another way to say this is that I would like to make the gray bar under the title closer to the title, and I would like to make the text in the post closer to the gray bar. I hope that makes sense.

  If anybody could suggest some CSS code it would be great.
