Change text categories
-
Hi!
I’ve just begun my blog in WordPress. The theme I’m using is Fresh & Clean, and I’m modifying CSS with Custom Design. I would like to change (or erase) the text “Filed under…” that appears with the categories. Is this possible?
Thank you so much,
Diana

I don’t see “Filed under” in the Fresh & Clean theme.
Here is one of the posts from the demo blog: http://freshandcleandemo.wordpress.com/2011/07/07/posuere-et-vestibulum-vitae-congue-a-elit/
The first line under the post title says, “This entry was posted on July 7, 2011, in Artwork, Photos, Writing and tagged panache.”
As an example, which part of that do you want to hide?

@designsimply: category pages, not post metadata. Example:

@justpi, thanks! Ah, the heading, I totally wasn’t looking there! :)
You can hide all the text for titles on Fresh & Clean category page headings, including the “Filed Under” text, with a little CSS trickery. Try this out:
.archive-title { visibility: hidden; } .archive-title span { visibility: visible; float: left; } -
