Change text color

The text on my contact form and the shopping cart (eesh) are un-readable, so I need to change the color.
How/where can I do that?
Some of the text was change-able through the standardized theme options, but I don’t see the color of that text I need to change anywhere in those predetermined options.

Are you speaking of https://mnsmain.com/contact/? The text seems fine to me there. Can you give some more details on what exactly you want to change?

thanks i’ll try those live chat things
for clarity, the color of the text in the text boxes (text typed by the user, not titles for the sections)
most importantly, the cart text is not readable. that is a non-starter unless i change it
