Change text color in page header?

  Hi,
  How could I change the black text in the header ribbon that goes across the page to white?

  For example, on this page,
  https://hotelexpertsite.wordpress.com/how-hotelexpert-works/
  Software in black I would like to be white across the board.

  Hi hotelexpertweb,

  You need to have the upgrade for custom CSS
  Try this

  .page-title {
  color: white;
  }
