Change text color on Site Title; add new pages

I am building a new site offline, using the Contango theme. How do I change the text color and font of the text of the Site Title? Also, I currently have three pages but want to add more; but it won’t let me. Every time I click New Page, nothing happens. Does Contango only support three pages?

The Contango theme isn’t available on WordPress.com, and these forums are focused mostly on helping users with their WordPress.com sites. You may have better luck asking in the WordPress.org support forums.
