Change text, from English to Spanish

  Hello. I’ve just realised that there are some words in the theme that are not in my language (spanish). They are in English. For example, in every entry, it appears “Posted on” and “by”. In the front page, there is a widget with images and part of the text of the entry, and it appears “read more” too. How can I change these words and put them in spanish? Thank you
