Change text in drop-down menu in Delicacy

  How do I change the text color in the drop-down menu from my main navigation bar? Right now when you hover over a category that has a drop down menu, the background is white and the text is a very light gray color. I would like the text to be black.

  I checked out http://tacklingmommyhood.com/ and I see you were able to change the dropdown menu link color using this CSS:

  .sf-menu ul li a {
  	color:#8B008B;
  }
