Hi,
The text is certainly not an automatically generated post excerpt. Did you create that text in the excerpt module of the post editor? If so, you can simply modify it there and then update the post.

I went to the Edit Post page but did not find the excerpt module of the post editor. Is it in the Edit Post page?

Yes, it is in the post editor. First, make sure you have the post editor set on the “Standard” format. Excerpts didn’t display on the posts page with any other format in my tests.
The excerpt window is in different places depending upon which version of the post editor you are using. In the classic post editor, it is in a module named “Excerpt” found (by default) below the post editor content window. If you don’t find it there or elsewhere on the post editor page, you might have to enable the module to display by checking the box at Screen Options > Show on screen > Excerpt.
In the newer Beep Beep Boop post editor, the Excerpt window is accessed via a tab in the left sidebar menu, named “Excerpt,” with a three-dot symbol beside the name.
In either case, just edit the content of the window and update the post.
