change the apprearance

  I am trying to change the appearance. How do I get into the “dashboard”? It says to find the “appearance” button in the dashboard, but I can’t find any page that has an “appearance” button.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  When logged in and viewing your blog at http://rejoiceinthemoment.com/ hover your mouse over the blog’s title in the admin bar, near the far left side.

  In the drop-down menu, you’ll see “Dashboard”.
