Change the billing information

  Hi there,

  I would like to update the user information and billing on our account. We had the wrong credit card charged and we need to update the information. Can someone please help, as we cannot do it in the system. The owner of this page is Liza Chalaidopoulos-Isaacs <(email visible only to moderators and staff)>. Can you please update?

  That doesn’t work. The credit card information is on another users profile. We need to cancel that profile and move the user over to another person. can this be done?
