  I want to create transfer my current blog’s all the contents and setting on wordpress another blog. Is it possible ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you talking about a blog hosted here at wordpress.COM? If so, this support document covers about all the different combinations: http://support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/ .

  You mean just change it from something.wordpress.com to somethingelse.wordpress.com? No. You need to first create somethingelse.wordpress.com and then move (export/import) the contents from something.wordpress.com to somethingelse.wordpress.com.
