Change the colour of link from red to blue.

  Hello there, I have a question about the color of a link, which appears as red when I copy it in my post, but when I select the link and try to change its color to blue, it does not change it. I remember I used to do it earlier. Please help.

  I am using Theme 2013 version 2.2
