Change the colour of menu bar

  I use twentyeleven theme and I would like to change the colour of the menu bar. How can I do it?

  If you have the ability to customize the css, just add this code:

  #access {
  background: rgb(255, 255, 255);
  }
  and specify the rgb values of the color you want

  You can also put in a hex color code, which is pretty much web standard although more are using rgb now so they can do transparency/opacity.

  #access {
  background: #CC0000;
  }
