Change the colour on the sidebar of acid green pro theme

  Hi my blog is http://blog.futuremindtraining.co.uk and using the theme acid green pro and trying to figure out how to change the sidebar vlack so it matches my site

  Or if better how to make a theme match my website completely

  Any help ideas? thanks in advance :)
