I’ve a free plan.
How to change the contact info in the Contact Page as shown in the link below ?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you need to change the format of contact page, then you need to upgrade your plan to premium or business plan and change it using CSS.

I simply want to change – delete – the content in the specific fields of the Contact Page… i don’t get there.
The same content shows up after deleting them when i refresh the browser. -
Hi Tom,
These automatically fill with information from a visitors wordpress.com account. When you refresh the page, you will see your own information in the boxes.
Not to worry, when a visitor comes to your contact page, it will show their info pre-filled instead.

Auto-populated Information in Contact Forms
Logged-in WordPress.com users will see contact forms (on WordPress.com sites) auto-populated with their information. Visitors who are not logged in will not see any information automatically filled in.
You can test this, if you’d like, by logging out of WordPress.com and viewing contact forms – they will appear empty.
