Change the currency Euro – Yen

  Hello!
  I would like to upgrade my plan and benefit of -the 30% that are offered now until tomorrow. I live in Japan and the currency is set in Euro but I need to pay in Yen. Is it possible to do it quickly so I can benefit of the discount? Sorry to ask you that and thank you in advance!
