Change the font color of my blog title in my header?

    I know that I have done this before, but can’t find the location/tool to be able to do so now. I want to change the color of the font in my header. I need to change it to a lighter color to increase the visibility of my blog title on my new header photo. I am using Vigilance Theme.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,
    Do you remember if you previously had a ‘Premium‘ plan activated? This customization requires some CSS, which a Premium plan would give access to. The only changes you could perform with the free plan is change Font Family for Headings or the Base font. This you could find through: My sites > Themes/Customize > Fonts
    Vigilance Theme is no longer supported by WordPress and is deprecated. If you were interested in experimenting with a newer, similar theme, ‘Able‘ is a good alternative and recommended theme. You would still however need a Premium plan to have access to some CSS customization. This would enable you to change color of fonts among other things.
    If you decide to change plans, we can help you with the CSS code needed to change font colors.
