  The current policy about the footer in the support documentation:

  May I remove the ‘Blog at WordPress.com’ credit in my site’s footer?

  That’s easy enough. Thanks! What about the black bar at the top? Is that visible to everyone?

  Same rules on the black bar at the top.

  That is only visible to logged in users and the top nav bar on your site is actually MY Nav. Bar and lets me navigate back to my sites, Dashboard etc.
